I would like to delete my jotform account please.

Upon checking, I found that you have a Premium account.
Do let us know if you would like us to just cancel your subscription or delete your account as well.
We will wait for your response.

I would like to the subscription to be canceled and deleted. Would be very appreciated

I've cancelled your subscription. You will not be billed again, but your account will stay Premium until March 01, 2014 for the time you have already paid.
Once your account is downgraded, please send us a message and we will delete your account.
