    Hello kengdesign2u,

Are you sure that you're upload file setting is correct?

This page will help you for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm.

If you think the setting is fine, maybe it cannot shown up because your file is out of upload file limit (default).

You can change your default limit like this one http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit.

    Good luck.

    regards

    Hello ridoy,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you mean to say that your submission email does not display the uploaded file? Upon checking your form "SO _ Inkjet Printing", I did not find any issue with that. The submission emails should display the link to uploaded file normally.

    or,

Do you want to display the link to uploaded file in your thank you page?

You can use "Thank you message" to display the link to upload file once the form is submitted. I create a small demo for you. Please take a look at the following form and see if this is what you are trying to achieve:  http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40438240844957 Feel free to clone this form for a closer look:  http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

The idea is to use "thank you message" instead of "Default Thank you message" and add the upload field in the thank you message. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/201-How-to-Post-Answers-to-Thank-you-Page

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.

    Thank you!
