    This is the second time my account (10SEND) has vanished. I'm sure I did something wrong, I just don't know what.

    I'm very sorry if I did and have no idea what I could've done. Please let me know, I really like JotForm and your services.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Your account was automatically suspended by our phishing tool because the cloned form contains username and password field. Maybe you have paste the private URL and that fetch the Login form of Jotform. Make sure you check the URL before you clone it and see if the URL works because we have a public and private URL and public URL are the only allowed link that can cloned.

    By the way I have removed the form that caused your account to be suspended and activated your account.
