I have a completed jot form, to register people for a conference. It works fine, and it links correctly to PayPal.
I have a verified account (merchants) on PayPal.
Jotform correctly links to PayPal, but the option to "pay by credit card" without logging in to PayPal does not show up.
I called PayPal and they said the problem was on JotForm's end, not PayPal.
We want people to be able to pay by credit card via paypal without having to have a PayPal account. Can you provide any guidance here?

I think you might actually be referring to if someone wants to pay via a " Guest Account " such as what you mentioned with just the Credit Card without having to log in or sign up for a PayPal Account.
So if that is what you meant then actually we do support that ability. However, It is paypal that has set a limitation for this on your end. You must have a Premier or Business Acccount Type to enable that ability otherwise it will not be visible.
I have the "paypal account optional" button turned on on our PayPal BUSINESS site, but it's not working when it comes over from Jotform. I called PayPal again, and they said the JOTFORM has to enable "guest check out" as a 3rd party website when connecting over to PayPal. It is correctly enabled on their end, they said that JotForm needs to have some sort of setting that will allow people signing up through JotForm to click through to PayPal and have the option to pay by credit card as a "Guest". So, what do I need to set up on our JotForm page to make this happen?
ADDITIONAL INFO: This is what PayPal says on their website under user options for "Paypal Account Optional" enable: "When this feature is turned on, your customers will go through an optimized checkout experience. This feature is available for Buy Now, Donations, and Shopping Cart buttons, but not for Subscription buttons."
This is our form...if you want to go ahead and enter dummy information, I can delete it... just enter info like you are registering for the conference, and get to the end to select PayPal, and you will see that it doesn't give the "guest check out" prompt, even though on our PayPal business account that this links to, it is set to do so. My guess is that something is not set properly in JotForm, but I can't figure out what.
Unfortunately, there is no setting available in JotForm which will ensure the guest checkout. It is actually a PayPal account settings where "Account Optional" should be turned on.
Upon testing your payment form, I found that the guest payment option is working as expected. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please check it once again and get back to us if you do not get this option.
