There is a significant delay in receiving an email when a referral is made.

    Our Support Services Referral form has several staff members attached to it who need to receive an email notification when a referral is made, but everyone is not receiving the notification email. Can you help with this?

    Hi there,

    To clarify, is the email notification delay or not received? Also, is this the form in question? If so, please make sure that the "Send email on form submitted" is enabled/checked.
