Upon checking our mail server logs, I found out that notification mails were successfully sent from our server to your address firstname.lastname@example.org
Here is a line from our logs:
Have you checked your spam/bulk/junk mail folder for the missing emails? It could have been that these messages were marked as spam by your mail server. If you find the emails, please tag them as Not Spam or ask your mail service provider to whitelist our ip addresses and domains
