What are the minimum Salesforce permissions required for a Salesforce user to be used as the account of the integration? I would prefer not to use an account with full administrator permissions.

    Greetings,

    Thanks for your question!

You just need to log into your Salesforce account and authenticate it to create integration. This gives the integration permissions only to transfer data from JotForm to Salesforce and not vice versa: JotForm won't have access to your Salesforce account and to the data stored in your Salesforce account.

Thus, it's completely safe to set up integration which can be also removed anytime.

    Thank you!

I have similar concerns that Suzanne has. I've always had the advice to make changes in the sandbox first. Are there steps to do this? Authenticate Step 2 is my biggest hurdle.

The directions and the mapping seem pretty clear to create leads and to update existing leads (duplicates).

Unfortunately, it is not possible to connect Jotform to the SalesForce Sandbox instance.

Please use the live credentials when integrating and that should authenticate successfully.
