Aligning fields

    Hello,

     

    I have this form  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40462744430954

     

    I would like to align some fields under the images and the heading/sub heading.

     

    I need first name and last name on one line side by side

     

    I need labels month of Mot and month of service underneath side by side

     

    Then enter email box

     

    With submit button underneath.

     

    Could you please adbise how I can align this up please

    The form is not displaying correctly

    Underneath name i need

    label month of mot and dropdown and then month of service label and dropdown side by side

    I need email underneath those

    and then a submit button underneath that

    I cant get it to work properly

    I suggest you also clone the form since I also did adjustment on its field label alignment and form width(set to 800)

    hello when i copy your css code in to my form it does not display correctly

    Hello Perry,

    I have corrected your form kindly check it again http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40462744430954. The field was aligned "Top" I set it to "Auto"
