As the subject states, is there a way to do this. It seems that people are not waiting for their confirmation screen to come up and the transaction gets put into the 'incomplete submissions' bucket. We need the capability to get a report to see where these registrations are.

You can enable the Pending Payment E-mail to received e-mail notification even for incomplete payment
Enable Authorization Only to complete transaction without payment(Authorize Only), payments will be completed in the payment processor screen.
Unfortunatelly, there is no reporting option available for submission's Incomplete Payments. The information needs to be in the completed submissions box to be able to generate report out.
