Please help me complete our attempt to downgrade to the $9.95 Premium plan

    Please notify us of the downgrade. 

    We just got charged for $49.95. A pro-rated credit seems appropriate. Please indicate how you wish future billing to be set up.

    As far as I can see your subscription is now Premium INT121012-9807-17263S

    A pro-rated refund has taken place.

    Here it is the lastest invoice for the premium charge

    The credit card number on file which would get charged is 3664. You can keep that CC on file .
