Approvals: add approval comments to mails

    Hello


    I am using the approval form for the first time, if I add comments when approving or denying is it possible to show those comments to employee on approve/deny email?

    It’s possible to show Approval flow comments on the email. You can follow the steps below:

    1. On the Approval BUILD page, find the mail element that you want to customize and click the blue button with mail icon to change its settings. 
    2. In the Email Content window, move your cursor to where you would like to show the comment.
    3. Click on the “Approval Fields” button on the top gray bar inside Email Content window. All comment fields should be listed there along with their titles. Click one of them and it will be inserted to the email content.

    Thank you, I will test this.

    However I am now having another issue: I add a date widget in the form which shows the data in email that is being sent on form submission. However in the flow email, despite the form fielf {Leavedates} being added to it, it does not show that in the email, when I send test email it does show that field however when the form is submitted it doesn’t
