Do you offer a service where you can build the form for the customer?

    Great thanks. Need help with a few things:

    1. Need to add tax to the total (so that it can count tax when autocalculatiing)

    2. I have stripe payment integration and would like it to be like this: customer chooes check or online payment, if the cust selects check then the credit card field doesn't appear but when they select online payment then the credit card field appears. The reason I can't do this trough conditional formatting is that the credit card fields are connected to "my product".

    3. would like for it to calculate a delivery charge (fixed rate) based on location. Again, I tried doing this through conditional formatting but I can't seem to figure out how to feed that into the total. 

     

    lastly, would it be possible to talk to someone on the phone to get all the help I need? Also, how can I access the online chat. Normally it just shows up but lately I haven't had it come up, where can I access it?

    Hello and not a problem, no need to apologize for anything. Depending on what needs done we are here to help guide you as much as possible though I can't promise that we would be able to do everything for you since some of it will likely require you to take care of certain things on your end. However we will help you as much as possible here within reason should you happen to need it.

     

    (1) Need to add tax to the total (so that it can count tax when autocalculatiing)

    Unfortunately we don't really have a feature to meet a taxation demand yet and I'm not so sure that we will add one except maybe for the Purchase Order Tool. The reason for that is because this is usually automatically caculated inside Payment Gateway depending on your Payment Tool being used and you would have to set this up inside your Billing Gateway Account Settings such as for PayPal or else you could implement a fair additional required amount to cover tax for example.

    You are partly correct about that because of the fact that you cannot use two Payment Integrations on one form. However, You can actually do this with conditional formatting via a Multi-Payment Form. Basically what you do is set one up to work with your Stripe Integration in example and the second would actually reside on a secondary form that is embedded via html on your first form to work with it so that you can use both.

     

    (3) would like for it to calculate a delivery charge (fixed rate) based on location. Again, I tried doing this through conditional formatting but I can't seem to figure out how to feed that into the total. 

    The only Integration that we currently have which supports a " Delivery Charge " is PayPal. Aside from this it would have to be configured inside of your Payment Gateway's Account where available. The only other way would be to add it as a Required Product so that it includes this as a fixed rate to cover the additional shipping costs.

     

    (4) Lastly, would it be possible to talk to someone on the phone to get all the help I need? Also, how can I access the online chat. Normally it just shows up but lately I haven't had it come up, where can I access it? 

    At this time we do not currently provide phone support so no that is not possible as of right now since there are no plans for this. As for the Online Chat we try to have this available as much as possible for our customers on a normal basis. However, When our Forum gets extremely busy as it often does then this sometimes puts a dampener on how often we activate our chatroom for live help and we do apologize for it not being available these last couple of days.

    Hey, thanks so much your reply - very valuable info. I think some of this is a bit too technical for me. How can I go about hiring someone to develop my jotform? Is this a service you have considered offering? If not, can you recommend someone. Thanks in advance, you guys always seem to impress me with your terrific customer support.
