I have two forms, an English and Spanish version, and the email alerts are not working for either of them. When I fill out the form I do not get an email, but when I open the form in JotForm and choose the "test email" button I do get the email.
The forms are for table reservations and we had several reservation inquiries on Valentines Day. Even though I logged in to JotForm and see the alerts, I received none of them via email.

Can someone please look into this for me?
"firstname.lastname@example.org" email is not on the bounce list. This may be due to the Sender Email "email@example.com" on your form notification. Have you tried using firstname.lastname@example.org as the Sender Email like this?
This should work. If you're going to use Custom Sender Email, make sure the email is verified and if it was an SMTP, please review your SMTP credentials.
Thanks, I had confirmed the custom sender, but I went ahead and switched it all back to noreply@jotform anyway. Going to test them all now.
