You can actually change your Time Zone settings which will affect the submission time settings.
You can do this in your My Accounts Settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
Make sure you are currently logged in to your account to update.

It`s probably because of the timezone you have been using in your account
you can change your time zone by visiting the
"Account Setting" button is located at the bottom right of your JotForm page.
Also you can set up using alternative dates and times in your email sending templates
