When people are registering for our event we are receiving duplicate registrations

    Is there a way to correct this? One thing is this is the form used last year i just updated it for the current year.

    That is certainly a peculiar behavior. I checked your form and found no problem in the settings -  apart from the conditional rules - please correct that (by either deleting  or adding the relevant fields)

    There's a possibility that some latent settings from last year may be still in effect. So, I would also advice that you do the following:

    1. Delete your form's email Notification

    2. Create a new one

    3. Clear your form's cache.
