Thanks heaps for your speedy reply! (Sorry I meant to just do a
search which is why I only had one word there!).
I have now got my form onto my Facebook Page, but the bottom half is
cut off by the "Powered by TabPress" logo, then there is a large area
of blank space below this - any ideas on how to fix?

The "Powered by TabPress" logo is added by the TabPress application, which is not owned nor affiliated with Jotform. Therefore, we have no control over it and we cannot remove the logo.
If you really do not like the logo, you can instead create your own Facebook application where you can embed the form. Please go to this link to learn how to do it - http://www.jotform.com/help/82-Add-Form-to-Facebook-using-an-iframe-application
Another advantage of this method is that you can change the application tab icon to your own. Please let us know if you're having difficulties following the instructions laid out in that user guide.
