I have now removed your email in the bounce list. It should be fine by now. Please test your form anytime you want.
Here's the following reason why firstname.lastname@example.org email ended in the bounce list.
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.0 sender rejected. IB504 - 184.108.40.206
To prevent this from occurring again, please whitelist JotMail IPs & domain to your email provider side. Check this guide for more details: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.
