How to limit submission in a form?

Asked by amynorman on February 18, 2014 at 11:45 PM

    Hi,

Is it possible to change the number of submissions accepted on a form after there has already been one submission? I had two people sign up for my event in another way, so I need to change the form so that less people can sign up online.

    Thank you!

    Hello Amy,

Yes it is possible. You can set the submission limit of your form. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form

Say you have already received 1 sign up/submission and allow 10 more people to submit your form, you need to set the submission limit of your form to 11. Changing the submission limit of your form to 11 will allow 10 more people to sign up and after that you form will be disabled automatically.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
