Can we create different permission levels on a form so that it only is completed when everyone has logged in and "signed" the form?

We came across your form builder tool - congrats, it's a great tool!

We have a very specific request that we hope you can help us with.

We need a form for our associates to register to participate in an event we have every year.

We are looking for a way to move the registration process online and your tool seems almost perfect.

However, each and every registration requires a signature of approval from the local coordination - the event is not open so in order to be able to participate, the local structure needs to approve it.

So, to be able to use JotForm, we would need to add this possibility. We were thinking that for instance the local coordinator could have a username and password that would give him a higher permission level that would for instance unlock approval fields on the form and therefore be able to approve it, or a similar process. Can this be done? Would it require coding and hosting on our end? Would it be something that you could handle 100% on your end? Or this can't be done at all with JotForm?

    Thanks in advance!

    Thank you for contacting us.

Jotform doesn't have permission levels and does not allow using username and password field as it is considered phishing and that violates Jotform's term of use but you can use conditional rule to hide and show certain field.

About the approval process I found a guide created by one of my colleague please have a look at this thread
