I have downgraded our account from Premium to free last month, and the change should have taken effect yesterday, however, it appears we are still being charged services.
Please have this account downgraded to the free Starter account.

Upon checking your account, I did not find any recent charge. The last payment received on your account was on Jan 17, 2014. You cancelled your subscription on Feb 04, 2014 and your account was scheduled to be downgraded yesterday.
I have taken care of your account problem and downgraded it to free.
