    Sorry. I pressed enter in error.
    I have set up my auto-responder and specified a sender email but when I sent a test email the sender is still showing as JotForm.
    Can you please advise?

    Hi,

    You have to make an actual submissions with your form to find it out. It should display the correct Sender Name.

    This is what I get when I tested your form here, so it works just fine.

    I used the cloned version of your form and removed the payment field. You can also do that on your account.
