    I have an account under lizard53402@wi.rr.com. I have everything linked on my facebook page, however, I changed internet providers so my wi.rr.com email went away. I tried logging in, but seem to have forogtten my password. And I can't do the reset thing, because the email you have on file is my old one that is no longer valid. How can I proceed? I need my account reset to be my new email lizardloveswine@gmail.com. And then I need to reset my password.

    Hi Elizabeth,

    Upon checking, I found out that your form is created under guest account which is the reason why you can't access.

    So, in order to access this form again, I would suggest you to register first to FREE basic account. After doing that, please share to us your account username so we can transfer the said form in your account.
