    Hello JohnPeat,

The form in your screenshot and form in URL are two different forms. Please check the form id in the screenshot below:

Here is the URL you have shared: http://www.jotform.co/form.php?formID=40497176514863&jobpermitid=10064&authorizationid=20067&signinid=20050&timezone=-780

Did you mean to say that "1. Safety" is not visible in your web page as it is visible in the form builder? In the form #40497176514863, the "1. Safety" section is actually moved down after the first page break and you need to drag it up as the . Please check the screenshot below:

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else as I was unable to find any other difference in your form.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

The way that we are using jotforms means that people will be filling out clones of the forms. Which is why the URL is different maybe?

The content and the page breaks remains the same, however the formatting of the content does not.

In the form below there is a lot of basic formatting (detailed below). However, none of this is applied to the cloned form.

    eg.
    1. Safety (bold centred)
    (Space)

    Working safely etc etc
    (Space)
Use the policy etc etc (Italics)
    (Space)
Steel & Tube Health and Safety Policy (bold)

This is how it looks on the cloned form. There is none of the formatting above, not even line spacing.

    1. Safety Working safely is condition of your engagement as a contractor. Use the policy below to clarify Steel & Tube’s commitment to providing a safe work environment.

I hope this makes it clearer as to what I am trying to explain. I'm not sure how to include images using a URL either sorry.

    Thanks,

    Fiona
