Inserting form on a webpage faultyAsked by caroline on February 20, 2014 at 10:05 AM
Dear Jotform, I made a form and after finishing the form I copied the formcode by Ctrl C and pushed the buttom Insert to put it on to my webpage. Unfortunately no form is shown. Please can you help me. Best Regards, Caroline
What is your website builder? Please let us know so we can check. If possible, share with us the webpage to where you would like to embed the form.
Also, check this guide: Which Form Embed Code Should I Use?
The problem is solved. But a have another problem. If I fill the form, the sender receives a copy, but the recipient does not receive email. Maybe I've filled out the wrong email address. How can I check that email address?
Thanks in advance.
