Some fields won't populate in my 2nd form [FIXED]

    I created two forms.

    The first one is for registration which will be sent to our receptionist (she will be the one to approve the registration).

    The receptionist will receive the notification email with a button linked to the 2nd form where she should see the prepopulated data from form 1 then she can edit, confirm details and ask about shipping/ pick up preferences. Upon submission, it will be sent to our record.

    I followed the steps in this guide to prepopulate data in Form 2. However, the name and phone number fields doesn't populate properly in the 2nd form.

    Hello,


    Yes I saw that part, too but I do not intend to let the registrants see the 2nd form that is why I only set a thank you page for the first form.


    The second form can only be accessed by our receptionist through the notification email that I have setup.

    My only problem is that when I click this button which takes me to my second form, the name and phone number fields doesn't populate properly.

    1631891488_6144b020e377e_ Other fields worked fine. Just these fields.

    Hi Jovanne!

    Fixed it :)

    After further tests I figured there's something wrong with the Fullname field as it doesn't pass the data to my 2nd form. As a workaround I replaced it with Short Text fields.
