Form Not Displaying Paragraph Widget on Card Format

1. Can you please help me understand and solve the issue of my form not displaying the text content on a paragraph widget at the top of my form?
2. Is it possible to put the text on the WELCOME Page?
3. Is it possible to control the CSS of the cards within Form Designer? It appears to be quite limited or am I missing something?

The paragraph field is empty at the moment so it won't show any content. When you said "at the top of my form", what exactly do you mean? If you can elaborate further, that'd be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to put the text on the WELCOME Page?

Absolutely. Just click on Edit Welcome Page

Is it possible to control the CSS of the cards within Form Designer? It appears to be quite limited or am I missing something?
