Under the "Employment History" section, I want each item per employer closer together (remove spacing)? Keep a space between each employer.
How could I do this?

You can have your forms closer together by injecting CSS Code to the form. As you can on my example clone of your form I have added the CSS Code:
The ids used on the css code can be obtained by insepcting the elements of the form, utilizing a tool such as the Inspect Element tool found on Chrome and FireFox:
Example Form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40508106768961?
Thus making the first three fields of the form close together. By adding the rest of the fields consequenatialiy you can get all the fields closer together.
Prior to continuing any further do let us know if this is the type of spacing you were looking for. Do try replicating and completing this on your form. In any case, if you need further asistance on this. Do let us know. Thank you.

Thanks for your quick response! This is great. Is it possible to do this even more (tighten the space between the fields) for the employer section?

Yes, it can be performed on all fields, as long as you customize the proper ID. Just make sure not to overlap regions between fields as it may cause the inability to type text in to fields, as they are blocked by an invisible region of the other field.
Do let us know if you need further support on this. Thank you.
