Documenting forms at the time of signing?

We are creating a form that is a contract for new students, including the signature widget. I see that when viewing the form submissions, it only shows the fields filled in, but not the details to which they are agreeing to.

Legally is there any issue with being able to prove what was on the form when they signed it? Is that documented in anyway in Jotform, and if I make edits is there a way to show what was there at the time of the person signing?

I hope my question makes sense. Screenshot of the results of the form I made attached, showing the signature and info of my test submission.

    Thanks

    Hi,

You can also show the Paragraph field data in the Inbox by ticking the option "Show headers and text" in the Inbox Settings/ Field Settings.

I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
