Do all survey takers have to login with an email address?

Email required to take survey. Some don't want the hassle of entering or giving up their email address to take a survey. Some consider it a privacy issues.

Not really, so long as the form is not set to private, logging in with JotForm should not be required. However, for private forms, respondents are required to log in with JotForm first in order to access the form.
