Hello. I am trying to gather clients' COVID Vaccine information, including an image of their vaccine cards and enter that into Salesforce, which acts as our Electronic Health Record. I have been able to create a record and then create an attachment connected to the record, but the image does not get transferred to Salesforce, just a URL where the image lives in Jotform. This would require clinicians, who don't have Jotform Accounts, to log into Jotform, which I don't want them to do (we want the image and the information to all be in the health record). I know that you can pass images to Google Drive, is it possible to pass the uploaded image directly into the attachment object in Salesforce?

You should be able to map the file upload field as you would any other field.
I believe the maximum file size for Salesforce is 20MB.

Here is a sample:

No, that just sends a URL pointing to the file. I want to transfer the
file, the same way that a file gets transferred to google drive.

Hello,
Unfortunately the Salesforce integration only allows for the URL to be sent and doesn't support actually sending the file.

Is that something that can be fixed? Salesforce allows for it to happen (at least that's how I interpret this article: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.chatterapi.meta/chatterapi/connect_requests_attach_new_file.htm). This is a big issue in the Salesforce integration.

Hello there,
It's something that can't be fixed because it's not supported. We double-checked it and the Salesforce integration only allows for the URL to be sent.
Regards.
