I submitted an issue a few days ago about Zoho not connecting with Jot form and was sent varoius threads about two factor authentication and that I need to shut it off. Nowhere can i find a turn off or delete for two factor authentication and when i enter my Zoho login it says user/ password invaldi of which it is not.
Are there any videos showing how to fix this or turn off two factor authentication so that i can test using Jot Form with Zoho CRM.

Hello Brian, You can actually disable it via your Zoho Account Management Login Settings screen. Please see here https://forums.zoho.com/topic/disabling-two-factor-authentication for a more detailed explaination about this. Try that and see if it helps you to disable it.
