Iweb error

    Asked by Vy Tran on July 12, 2011 at 03:17 AM

    Hi I am using Iweb ver 3.03. Have followed your instructions, but get an HTTP error in place of where the form should be, once I upload. See provided link.

    The form called "Book your FREE hearing test" appears okay in iweb, when i copy the code into the widget (See screenshot). However it doesn't seem to appear once I upload.

    I have also tried the iframe code, after reading some of your other forum answers. No difference.

    please help.

    Hi Vy,

    The problem is more about the page you have created with iWeb than the Jotform embed codes. Jotform does not have anything to do with it, but I have already found the cause of the problem.

    In your iframe widget code, remove the extra slash in the value of the iframe src

    </frame>

    Let us know how this works for you. Feel free to contact us again if you have other queries or concerns. Thank you and have a nice day!

    Sorry it was a mistake on my part. The tool that I am using to inspect webpages show the codes resulting from the script that is responsible for the iframe widget code.

    This is the exact code in the source of your webpage:

    Just the same, remove the extra slash and you should be good to go. Let me know if you have further questions or concerns. Thanks!
