    Hello,


    I want to make a form like cardgenerators shown on this url (https://www.cardgenerators.com).

    I also want to create tab layout as well as dropdown with my database but I unable to do it.


    Can you help me to create such tab layout form.

    Please note that asking for credit card information is not allowed in any case, and your account will be automatically suspended.

    If you wish to have two layouts in your form, you will have to use the Section Collapse element and some custom CSS. Unfortunately, we don't have any guides for this, however, if you share with us your form with this element, we can provide the CSS for you.

    Finally, the only way to update options from the dropdown is to use JotForm API. It is not possible to do this any other way:
