    why am i not receiving my form submissions and why are my customers not receiving their thank you reply?

    Everything has been set up correctly and we were receiving them and they just stopped. Now I am having to apologize to my customers that they are not receiving a reply letting them know we received their submission. I am trying to run a business with this form and now have to take time out to find out why the system is not working and email customers. Please explain what is happening.

    Why I'm not receiving my form submissions?

    Your email address is not in our bounce list upon checking. Mail logs shows that submissions was successfully submitted in your email address.

    Have you tried already checking you email spam/bulk folder? If not, can you please check it?

    Why are my customers not receiving their thank you reply?

    Base on my findings in your form, you only have email notification in it and don't have Autoresponder which is the reason why your clients did not receive any notification/thank you message.
