    OK Welvin

     Tried posting earlier but it seems I made little sense to you so here goes

    Working on this Form

    http://www.jotform.com//?formID=40522810865957

    The Conditions look like this

    All the Field are numericc (they have '0' by default

    What have I done wrong please?

    Previously I did this with the Dinners and it works just fine...

    Thanks

    Peter

    Welvin

    Not sure what else I can add to my question really. The image Delegate Registration above shows the form very clearly and yet I cannot get say Delegate Satuday which has the calculation [{delegateNumbers} * {saturdaydelegaterate}] attached to it to 'see' the form field 'SaturdayDelegateRate'  The problem will be related to my use of the Collapse Fields I'm sure especially as I have already used two sets previous to these ones. I am assuming here that it is OK to nest Collapse Fields?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    The calculation is actually working when I test it here. Is that the issue all about?

    Please do test your form. It'd be easier if you clone your form first then remove all the conditions on the cloned form so you could test the calculations easily.

    Let me know if I've missed something.

    Regards!

    Thanks for coming back but, yes you have missed something. I do realise that the calculation is OK as such and is correctly constructed. However it does not work when in the form environment so in that sense I am one step ahead of you.  The calculations on their own work but they do not in the real world form, as I indicated, that leads me to think that I have my Collapse Forms mixed up? Jonathan is my man here really he has helped me previously so is perhaps better placed to understand the issue?

    @District1010

    Jonathan is unavailable right now, but I have forwarded this thread to him. In the meantime, let us examine your form, find out what the problem is about, and come up with a  solution if possible.

    I will get back to you with my findings. Cheers!

    Any update - more than happy to wait but an indication of roughly when I could expect an answer would be helpful? Fortunately there's no mad rush to get my form live but once this bit is correct there are a few more hurdles to cross I'm sure.

    Thanks

    @District1010

    I am sorry for not being able to get back to you soon.

    To make the calculation work, you must uncheck the "Wait for input before including the field in calculation" option since the rates are already pre-filled.
