You're encountering a problem when you try to cancel is because your payment subscription is no longer active.
A charge back was made but you may have not noticed it since the amount returned was only $9.95. With this I have corrected the measure and refunded you an additional $119.10. Your total refund amount is now 129.05, the remaining 9.95 was kept for your 1 month worth of subscription.
This chargeback should reflect to your account in 3-5 business days.

In addition, please be informed that your premium subscription with us will expire on the 26th of this month. You may be able to re-upgrade again your subscription via monthly to be able to continue with your premium subscription.
