    Form submission: Some data missing

    I see the first answers of the questionnaire, but after the 8th question there's no answers. But each question has been answered online - i've tested myself.

    What's happening?

    I appreciate help on this, please.

    Thanks for letting us know about this, I just did some tests, and the first time the data did not appear, however, the last few times it did. Also I cloned the form on my account and all data did appear at the first attempt. 

    I have escalated this to our second level, to see what can be done about the data that is missing.

    In regards to your last question, the ticket set by BDAVID has been set to that purpose. Once we have an update by the Dev Team, we should then know what could be done to prevent this in the future. Thank you again for your inquiry.

    Sincere apologies for our late reply.

    Unfortunately we were not able to identify the problem behind this, however, during this time JotForm has been improved greatly and recurrence of this type of issue is highly improbable.
