Separate email notifications on two forms

    I have set up two forms, which go onto two different sites.

    For example, I will call them site 1 and 2.

     

    I cannot see how to make form 1 only get email notifications to that site owner 1,

    and likewise site 2 only gets a notification to their site 2 form submissions.

    When I look at email option I cant see how to make these seperate.

     

    Please advise asap.

    Hello,

    You can modify the email notification settings of each form by doing the following:

     

    1. Edit the form and see to it that you are on the Setup and Embed tab.
    2. Click on "Email Alerts"

    3. Select "Notification":

    4. An Email alert wizard will appear.  See the lower right part and click Reply-To and Recipient Settings

    5. On the lower right part, you can see the email address, change it to the email address that you want the email to send to

    6. Click the finish button.

    Do these steps on all your forms that you would like to modify its email alert recipients.

    I tired this, but seemed to get emails from the 1st site, as i set this up in that persons name. So for example

    George has a form on his site, It sends notifications to her email

    I make a new form for Jodie, and try your tips out as above and it sends test emails to me, but from George!

    I did make the account and use Georges email as the main email.... just incase.

     

    Im wondering if Ive just missed a simple thing here, and paniced a little over the fact that George may get Jodies forms etc. 

    From what you say - it seems simple enough. I set the Notification bottom corner to go to that person only.

    What happens if i set up a second icon notification on the stage 3 notify bit? Or is that just not necessary?

    That confused me a bit, having two forms but one Notify icon.I dont quite get that part? Can you explain please. Is there a help line i can call?

    Hi,

    A notification mail is exclusive to a single form. It cannot be shared between two forms. Thus, each of your forms have their own notification and notification settings.

    By the way, I noticed that you have only one form in your account. Did you know that you can create multiple forms in your account and configure the corresponding notification for each form to send to different email addresses?
