Sub user's form disappearing from account

    Hi,

    I've shared some forms with a sub user but they are also creating some forms themselves. When I edit their forms, sometimes they disappear from the user's list. Do I have to add "their" forms to my "shared" list?

    Hi,

    May we know how you managed to edit the form from the sub-user account? Did logged in to that account or was the form shared to your account? The form should remain on the sub-user account unless the form was moved to the shared folder.

    Ah, I didn't do it that way (that's pretty cool).

    Basically, I added the user to my account in the "Users" section and then gave that user access to the forms she needed. However, when she creates her own forms, they seem to disappear from her list and I have to give her access to them.

    Now that using Jotform is such a big part of her workflow, I'm encouraging them to get their own Premium account (and therefore bypass any form ownership issues)
