Paypal payment not recieved

    I am recieving the form information and I do see that the submit button transfers to the Paypal page, but the payment is not been processed and I get no Paypal email (I will not get any email from Paypal until the paymaent is approved.)

    One client told me the payment was made and is waiting to be collected! I do not see anything in my Paypal account. Have I set something up wrong?

    Hi Paul,

    First of all, I do apologize for any inconvenience. From what i understand, everything is fine on JotForm’s end. You’re receiving your submissions without any problems. The only thing is, you are not getting your paypal notifications. So, I would think that the problem might lie with paypal. I will try to look into this further, but at the same time, i would suggest you contact paypal as well to rule out any issues on their end.
