how to strip headers from address fieldsAsked by Jayne25 on February 24, 2014 at 06:50 AM
I do not want any address filed headers on my notification emails or on the Thank You page.
I have follwed the instructions found in the forum and when I test the form, no address details show whatsoever.
Having searched through all the forum questions and answers it appears that I can only strip headers if I keep the original table placed originally within the notification header by Jotform.
But I don't want it to look like this, I have created my own layout.
Like many, I don't know why we have to have theses headers on notifications. I can strip the name filed to use just first name.
Please can we have it so that the address field header never shows for emails and Thank You custom messages?
To Strip headers from postal addresses in your Email Alerts and thank you meesage, it should be like this.

I have tried out the instructions, but when I test the form, my Thank You message does not contain the _city, _county, or _postal address parts and I have two sets of addresses in the form:
1. Client address
2. Venue adress
Neither does the notification email or autoresponder.
Also, not showing the items that have been booked as part of the Purchase Order.
What is it that I keep doing wrong here?
Upon checking your form's thank you message and notification email template, I found that you have mentioned the incorrect syntax of address fields. Please check the screenshot below:
Please use the following code and that should solve your problem:
In the city, state, postal and country it is not required to add "addr_".
Hope this helps.
