How do I create a form that allows google doc uploads from google drive?

I've created a design request form with a section where applicants can upload images and documents. Typically, people who are applying have their text information in a google doc (because it's a 'living' document and constantly being edited, etc).

I tried using the UploadCare widget, but it converts the uploaded google docs to pdfs, and I need to be able to access the original google document.

Is there any way to do this with Jotform?

You can only upload a file which is not linked to Google Drive or any third party repository site. You can just ask your customer to share a link to their Google Docs. You may share this link to them in the form https://support.google.com/docs/answer/2494822?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop.

You may use the Short Text field for them to put the share Google Doc's URL.
