Our donors have experienced an issue in making a donation through our JotForm when using the google app on an iPad.  Is JotForm compatible with other browsers on iPads other than Safari, such as Google?

    Thank you!

Google has several Apps. May we know which Google App you are actually referring to?

I am under the impression that you are probably referring to Google Chrome since it's a Mobile Web Browser allowing users to visit your form. Can you please confirm that's correct?

Also, Can you please tell us what the issue with the donation field was? We need to know more about what was happening so that we know what to look for and troubleshoot this better.

I see you are also integrated with Authorize.NET so I am wondering if there was any sort of Error Message you may have been getting perhaps? If so then what was it?

The app they were using is called Google Search.  There is a link to the form at the bottom of this page: http://lafayettecentralpark.org/donate.  If you click the link at the bottom, it won't take you to our form.

Also, if you type the exact address of the page that has the form on it in the Google search bar in the Google Search app, it does not load the web page at all.  There is just a blank page.

I realize Google Search isn't really a browser like Safari, but a couple of customers use it and have expressed concern that they could not donate to the form using it.  Thank you for your assistance with this.

    Hi,

May I request you first to try embedding the form using iframe embed code first. If this doesn't work then I guess there is no other way other than using a real browser that supports javascript. Apps has limited functionality. Google Search App is not an actual browser which most likely doesn't support javascript that's why any script on the page does not work. You may try Google Chrome instead or Safari, whichever your prefer. The form should work fine here.

    Thanks!
