Clone form: Approval doesn't get copied to the clone version

    Hi

    I just copied a form https://eu.jotform.com/build/212574107111039 to

    But the approval process was not copied as expected. Seems, that my form 212574107111039 is connetect to approval process https://eu.jotform.com/workflow/212584077420352/build and therefor it was not copied.

    Can you please copy the workflow behind https://eu.jotform.com/build/212574107111039 to the new form https://form.jotform.com/212693390310349. You could also start a complete new copy process (I don't need the data) but the workflow and the tables should be ideally available again...
    It should look like

    Currently the approval process on the account av.wolfurt looks completely different:

    Hi there,

    I cloned the form https://www.jotform.com/form/212574107111039, and the approval flow was copied as well.

    See the image below.

    Can you please try cloning the clone version I have instead?

    Can you please clone the version https://eu.jotform.com/build/212574107111039  again, so I've included my last changes?
    Then I will re-try this to clone it from yours into my final account.

    In the mean time I will not change anything additional and wait for your response.

    By the way: i tried copying your form and the approval Workflow looks also like a standard one but not mine.

    Can you Clone now max form to the Account av.wolfurt@gmail.com Account please??

    It seems like there's an issue with your account. Normally, approvals should get copied as well when the form is cloned, but that doesn't seem to be the case in your account.

    Thanks for the info.
    I had to re-create the workflow by hand, couldn't wait any longer.
