Dear Support team,
I am having problem with the integrations option. When I click on Integration button a pop-up window appears but it shows all tabs empty.

Do you get the same error when you load your form builder in Google Chrome or Mozilla ?
Seems you may be working with IE8 which may not work well with the form builder -

I tried your given link but problem is still there. Mozila Firefox is also giving same problem.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Have you tried clearing your browser cache already? I am able to replicate the issue in IE but the integration works just fine with mozilla and chrome browsers.

I am reporting this issue to our back end team and we will get back to you as soon as we have any update on this. For now, I would suggest you to clear your browser cache and try the integration in chrome / mozilla.
