    how to duplicate a form

    Good morning!

     

    You can simply duplicate form by saving your original form,

    and when previewing you could pick up the jotform address link of the form

    like in example on the picture below:

    then you are going to MY FORMS

    and CREATE  FORM

    that infact creates NEW FORM

     

    then you are selecting Import form

    click Import

     

    Select From a web page

    enter the valid form URL address

    click Continue and your form is duplicated !

    now you can rename the  new form and use it on another website or for another purposse

    this is also valid for duplicating some other form (with permission)

    just about any form that is made on Jotform platform

     

    Feel free to copy some publicly available forms and learn from it!

    To duplicate a form please select your form and select "More">"Clone form":

     

     

     

    Or go to the "My Forms", select "Create Form"


    Click "Import"


    Click "Clone existing form"

    Select form to duplicate

    Click "Continue" button to finish.
