I could do with creating several columns in parts of a form... So that I can ask the same question in relation to two possible facilities (we hire residential accomodation and need to gather final details from group organisers regarding how they nedd the facilities set up etc.)

For example, can I post a question in the form with two text boxes or answer boxes beside it? Or is there another way to achieve this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

That might be a little tricky to implement, not sure if the Dynamic Matrix field would work:

Or why not use two text boxes and style them to refer to the same question?

    Did this help?

Thanks Titus,  I think I was making it too complicated - If I widen the form, I am able to shrink two boxes and set them side by side; I can put the question above as a heading, or something similar, and give each box a facility specific title.

I have only just started using the site - but it really is excellent - I created a test form and had it returned by email, which is just what I need...

    :)
