I am having a hard time getting my forms to email correctly. I clicked on the Email Alerts button, and made sure it had the correct email address, but as we have been running tests on the forms, we have been receiving emails with only the field titles, or with "undefined" in the body text of the email.
How can I make sure that we are receiving the correctly formatted forms by email?

Hi, please delete the current email notifications, click on Email Alerts, select the notification, and click on Delete E-mail button, then set it up again. It should be created like this:
Do the test again, in the preview mode of your form, and let us know what happens.
