I just changed a form to only allow one submission per person. It works great. But the problem is that your warning screen that shows a person has tried to enter twice look horrible. I have attached a screen shot. Can you help me make this look better? I don't mind the warning graphic and the text of "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. But the gray header above it is not needed. And I highly doubt that anyone would want that. I know that I do not.

As a matter of fact, this is the actual page that shows that warning:
You see, it does not look that horrible at all except when you embed your form in a small iframe. Things get cut off because the whole thing does not fit inside the iframe.
Currently, there is no way to modify how that page looks. I am of the opinion, however, that there should be an option to change that warning page's appearance. With that in mind, I have submitted a request ticket for this option.
Hopefully, this gets added to our feature request list. I cannot guarantee a specific time for completion though, or if ever this will be implemented or not. It is still up to our developers' discretion. We will let you know if there are any updates with regards to this.

Using IFrame code instead should solve this problem. Here is how you can get the IFrame code. Open your form on the Form Builder:
1. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
2. Click on "Embed Form"
3. Click on iFrame and copy the code provided.
