I checked your form and our mail logs for the email address email@example.com, shows that no email has been delivered. But I checked our bounce list and your email address was not there.
So, I performed a test by creating a new Notification in your form and added my email address and then sent a submission to see if the issue was with your email address only or with the form itself.
As result, I got the notification in email inbox with no issues. Then, I checked the mail logs for your email and it shows that my submission notification was delivered with no issues at this time, so you should have received it:

So, please make a test from your side and it should work correctly. But if the issue still persists, kindly follow this guide to whitelist our IP addresses: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
